Bellamar is a collection of sixteen 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath dual-master flats. Many of the open concept plans feature a large bonus room and are well over 2,000 square feet. All of the residences are quiet, single-level flats, which are in great demand in today’s market for upscale buyers.
